DeSart Documentations

I received a call from this company to sign up with them. They're out of Modesto, CA - anyone else in this area receive a call from them? I'd like to know about their reputation, etc. Thanks!

I've had a weird(for the lack of better word) experience with them a few months ago: lady called me Friday afternoon for a Sunday afternoon o/n signing, docs to the borrower. I was available, they met my fee, so I said yes and she sent me a confirmation along with some paperwork I needed to sign up with them. When I got all that and started looking through it and went on their website(don't recall the name right this second) for more research, I saw that the fees they state that they pay to their agents isn't what scheduler quoted me. Plus, their paperwork/process was more of a NotaryPro kind of situation(if you've worked with NotaryPro, you know exactly what I am talking about).
So, since I had all those unanswered questions, I called each number I had and emailed, all on Friday afternoon/night, and repeated through the weekend - nobody called me back. I haven't gone to assignment and actually haven't heard at all from this company since.
