I would invest in that one Charles. It would be well worth it for a $50 subscription fee for people to sign up. Looks like a great way to fight back with these deadbeats.

I agree Teddy, notarybeware tries to do the same but I find
a l ot of their information is out of date, and frequently inaccurate. The thing I like about Deadbeats.com is that there is a comlainents name attached, the amount of money and it stay on until the contracting company takes care of it. There is also a disputer resolution process, none of which exist on notarybeware.

That would be an interesting site! I was under the impression that the appraiser was paid up front since most HUDs i've seen list the appraisal fee as being POCB (paid outside closing by borrower for newbies). I guess I learned something new today! Thanks Charles!
