Demanding company
I just sent a letter to a company for which I had done some work in the past: 10 closings in 2004, five in 2005, none in 2006. They had asked me to do a closing, which I accepted. The closing was cancelled, but not before I received the confirmation. A portion of the letter follows:

Sorry; I hit some button and inadvertently cut the message off in the middle. It follows in its entirety.
I just sent a letter to a company for which I had done some work in the past: 10 closings in 2004, five in 2005, none in 2006. They had asked me to do a closing, which I accepted. The closing was cancelled, but not before I received the confirmation. A portion of the letter follows:
"Please remove my name from the XXX data bank for signing agents. A review of the confirmation I received disclosed that it contained no less than 11 different threats to the signing agent if the job was not performed to XXX’s specifications; 10 of those threats were to penalize the agent by reducing his fee. I do not perform services for principals who begin a relationship by threatening me.
"If you ever wish to use my services based upon a mutual respect for each other’s roles and each other’s capabilities, I shall be happy to provide the same high-caliber service I provide to my other clients. If that happens, do not under any circumstances send me another confirmation similar to the one I just received."
