Don't you love it when

You get a call to do one tonight, call borrowers to set up time. Borrowers had no clue they were supposed to sign tonight! Can't do it tonight or tomorrow. Of course no LO to be found either. I guess borrowers don't count?

You travel 90 miles RT - sit with borrower for an hour and an half (30 minutes with him on telephone with a mortgage broker buddy of his) get 85% of the way through the docs and he says "this is not what I was told - I don't want this"...

Too bad he was so nice - couldn't really get mad at him - and in reality he was right - the rate stunk!!

The husband or the four kids who are in the mortgage industry cant be bothered helping the wife get the loan but then get mad at her and wont sign when he does not like the loan fee's!

when you leave the borrowers home in a rush to get to your next 2 signings so you can be home before 11pm only to realize an hour later that you took their copies too.

I'm getting ready for appt in an hour

Signing booked last night for open time today, had docs since 11AM. Couldn't reach BO all day and of course I left a message at home and his office. He called an hour ago saying that he's still at work, won't home 'til 10:30PM. That's where I'll be.
