Anyone no what is going on with this company? 60 days now, just wondering if I should report him to the BBB. No responce from company. He's hidding.....

I did a closing for Excel Signing Service outta California. No pay after 60 days, no response, then a disconnected phone #. So I called the Title co. They stated not there responsiblitiy. So I called the Lender. 2 weeks later I got a check from the Title Co.
