Tiffany, if you are having trouble getting paid from them, contact the TC and explain the situation to them. Let TC know that you don't expect TC to pay you, but ask them to contact Executive Closing Services on your behalf. Be sure you have the file number and borrower name/address when you call. It worked for me last month and I'm sure I would still be waiting for payment had I not done that.
