Does anyone have any new information on this company? I did a signing for them in July and haven't been paid. I can't find them.

It's not David Robb (ECS-owner)
I found that out, he's someone with a foreign-sounding name.
look at the FL div. of corps website for more detailed information about him.

I was first told his name is Billy something and then put on hold forever. Then I called back and was told his name is Jim Kelly

Thank You I don't know what to do now. I already contacted the title company. She said Executive was paid for the signing I did, but there isn't anything she can do. The joys of the notary business!

That's why you need to check this board regularly
Executive Closing has had a horrible reputation on this board. A quick search would have given you the information you needed to decline doing a signing for them.

The South Florida BBB will do NOTHING about a complaint for non-payment for services rendered. I know, I've tried. The BBB protects CONSUMERS. As NSAs we are NOT consumers.
