I do a lot for them and they always pay although

sometimes a little slow for what I would like but they do pay.Nice on the phone and have never given me anything to be upset about.

If this is the one in Florida, I agree with the slow pay but otherwise my experience has been exactly the opposite - they are very rude and unhelpful on the phone, that's IF you get to speak with someone. If not, they don't return your calls. Use the orange search button and you will see that is a common experience. I will never work for them again.

I did one for them in June. (My bad for not checking the No-No list first.) Got paid in August after calling the TC for assistance.

May now be doing business as "Closing Services"

although they are not registered with the State of Florida under that name. Barney Robb is the contact person for Closing Services in Greenacres, FL. David Robb was the contact person for Executive Closing Services.

I have outstanding invoices for Closing Services in the amount of $290 that will hit 90 days on 10/6.

Wow! I guess I got my check just in the nick of time! I just checked their website and it appears to be working: http://www.executiveclosings.net/

I did not try their phone #, though.

That's a different web address than what I had on file...but I haven't done any for them in 2 years (payment issues).
Glad you posted the correct site.

Do you have a better number for them besides for (561)721-9955, every time I try that number it goes to the mailbox and then it's full, and I can't leave a message. I have also, faxed them, and e-mailed them. Do you have any suggestion or point of contact?

Contact the TC and explain the situation to them. Ask them to contact Executive Closing Services on your behalf. Be sure you have the file number and borrower name/address when you call. It worked for me last month.
