So they can teach and brainwash you to take $50 fee?

Re: FASS classes? Boy, I want a big ol' scoop of that.
But in all fairness...the Texas package is much larger than the avg bear. Please bear that in mind when you see me say no $50 packages.
I cannot believe some of the miles people will cover for these jobs. They'll lie to you about it, as well. Pretend to be your friend...tell you to charge HIGH and then they'll undercut you. It works both ways...the newbies are not the only ones who lowball...that's for darn sure. Work for what profits you and your circumstances.
Sadly enough, there are old timers on this board who'll drive 50 miles and charge $65 for a rev mort in Texas. Of course, they "don't need the money, they just do it for the pure enjoyment of it!" Don't get one of those kind on your network b/c if you do, you'll have a very indifferent marketer on your hands. Steer clear of the retired NSA >>hobbiest<<! They are too good to do any work at all. They will dang sure have a list for you to do though.

I don't work with Fass.
That being said, I heard that the error rate for countrywide loans was 44%. They are trying to get the error rate down to 2 percent.
This does not effect their other lenders, just countrywide.

44%????????
wow - perhaps the entire financial world should send a "Thank You" card (with flowers?) to C/W for taking 'one for the team'. Surely this must have a roll-down (wait - that's supposed to be 'trickle-down', right?) effect on the NSA ranks??
In my former life 'inside', less than 80% cost you your job, working off a 300 point check-list for each loan, and that includes TIL/APR calculations & Hud approvals & wire/funding. I maintained a min. of 125% (they didn't track higher than that - ha, because it was tied to bonuses!).
So ... in effect, they're paying people to close that they wouldn't hire inside. Some things just baffle the crap out of me.
