Fax from Express Financial Services
Did anyone else else received the fax from EPS today re: Standardization of Fees? If so, what do you think this is...just another fee cut?

I got it too. I'll wait and see when the next order comes
in whether or not it affects the fee I have on file with them.

Re: Fax from Express Financial Services...YEP!
The 1st catch phrase is "In Order To Remain Competitive". The 2nd one is "To Standardize Fees" I am getting sick of these two phrases from companies that used to pay a decent fee for our work. This now makes eleven companies on my list that have "Standardized fees". All of these companies are nationwide and that one phrase is very close to PRICE FIXING.

Right as usual.
The term "standardize fees" is a joke. You cannot standardize a fee to fit all states.

I got that fax as well so I called to question it. According to the vendor management department; that fax was not sent in an attempt to cut fees. They are simply trying to clarify fee for the additional things like e-docs. So basically you still determined your base fee but they are just stating that they are going to give you an ADDITIONAL 25 for e-docs. I think this makes billing easier and their fees are not out of line for these additional charges.
