Feels like Friday the 13th.. not the 20th

Okay..gotta vent. Appt. set with bo @ their local bank because a "friend" works there and they want her to check out all the docs. (Oh boy). But no problem. Do I get the docs? Nope.. lender sent them out standard overnight..which means for me, they could arrive anywhere from 9 am to 4 pm. (They just showed up about 10 minutes ago). Signing re-scheduled for 7 pm tonight.
Another appt set..docs to the borrower. I call the bo, he's got docs, but not happy that they were "just dropped at my front door, delivery guy didn't ring the bell". He tells me "when you get here, this is going to take a long time because I want you to explain EVERY piece of paper to me". (YIKES). I tell him " open up the package, find the set marked" borrowers copy" and look through them. I'll head up your way". (45 min. drive). He calls me back (10 minutes into my journey), informs me things aren't right and he's going to call his lo, but he diesn't think he's going to sign.
I tell him after he talks to lo to PLEASE call me, as driving up there and back again for him to not sign is a waste of our time. Calls me back.. it's a no sign. (sigh).
Onto the next.. call the tc to ask where my e-docs are for an appt in about 1/2 hr. "Oh.. it's been cancelled". Well.. THANK YOU for calling me!
Okay.. done venting. Grr.
Hope everyone else is having a GOOD Friday.

I don't care...

just make sure iy's got a light on it, I'm not seeing the end of the tunnel yet. I cannot wait for the weekend, I may spend it prone.
I might have to after I hack a path thru Sarah's room.
It's been a very good month for biz, not much time for mudane domestic engineering, and never the desire!

about a path. When the roof falls in on a day like that it is the only recourse!

My first job today was a no sign. The BO said they called and cancelled at 9am. (appt. was at 4pm) I called the title co. and informed them. I was told I could only bill for a trip fee. (This was news to me, I had received full pmt. from them in the past for no-signs.) I asked what I should do with the docs. She said I could destroy them. I got a bit snippy, I'm afraid and said if I am only getting a trip fee I am going to send them back for them to destroy. (b/c I don't want to waste anymore of my time shredding docs for no $$$$!)
Now I'm waiting for docs for my next appt. ...
