Have anyone ever did a signing for this company, or know any background?

They are a TC that pays like a SS, but they are dependable on their payments.
I think checks go out the 10th of every month like clockwork.
They do require a substantial amt of fax-backs to an 800 #.

I have my fee locked in a $1++.00. Maybe it depends on which office you deal with. I don't get any static whatsoever out of them regarding fees. My fee covers fax backs or none. I do at least two a month for them. I often send them scans via PDF email....not faxes.

Brenda, there is someone in my area who does them at a much reduced rate.
They do meet my fee in my secondary county, usually.
However, I might add, that last week they tried to send me 100 miles RT and I quoted $XXX, they said they knew someone closer.
Funny, too, they declined my request for emailing the scanned docs (but that was a year ago).
I have worked for both the PA and MN branches, but it looks like I have been undercut again.
Usually I will do 1/mo., when they can meet a reasonable fee.

I did some closings for them, yes they pay, they are a little cheap. Best you can do is $65 for overnight docs or $90 for edocs. Did better when they were GAC.

They are great to work for. Staff is great. I have closed for them for 6 years. I do 10 to 20 closings for them per month. I get XXX.XX for every closings. Very pleasant to work with and pay on time. They have just changed to pay bi-weekly.

Fiserv is also ILS now..don't forget - I do work for ILS - they give me $XXX.XX...never did anything for GAC because they had me covering the wrong counties I found out a couple of weeks ago. Hopefully they have it fixed. The attorney I work for does the searches for GAC in my home county and they pay quick. I do the receivables.
