Gel Pens 4 Signings

I have received rave reviews (and requests to keep them) on the pens that I utilize for signings.
They are: UNISON Rubber Grip Gel Pens 10pk for $2.00. I purchase them at the local Family Dollar store. They only sell black ink at the present time.

Gel Pens? Probably shouldn't use 'em!

Gel pens are probably a no-no! They might smudge or run with moisture. That''s why the good old fashioned ballpoint is the way to go.

I had a signing few weeks ago where the borrower wanted to sign with a gel pen. I call the escrow officer and he said it was fine.

I use nothing but gel pens. We used nothing but gel pens at the last RE Law Firm I worked at also. They don't smudge unless it's a bad pen, just like ball points can smudge. Best thing about them, is they don't freeze like ball point pens when it's cold out!

Frozen pens. Whodda thunk it.

Not this southern gal, that's for sure. However, the blazing heat...now that's something else.
