Got scammed.. another vent

It REALLY is Friday the 13th!
I was called about a month ago to become an "Exclusive" member of a company with a cool website for those of us with over 5000 closings under our belts. I plucked down my money and was told I would "Exclusive" rights to a fantastic list of over 300 companies hiring closers. Cool, huh?
I print out the "list" and had my partner start calling the companies. Guess what? ALOT of "no longer in service" numbers and disconnects. GRRR!!!
So much for me plunking down my hard earned $ again.

It may not be a loss

All it takes is one company on the list to give you a couple of closings and it'll have been worth it for you.
