Gotta Love those Credit cards..
We all get the offers in the mail for a zillion credit cards per yr, and so do Mr. & Mrs. Borrower.
Here's one for ya'.... got to closing and Mr. was not too happy. When he looked at the HUD, I thought he was gonna stomp the Mrs. into the floor. (Don't take this literally).
She had not only gone through $30,000.00 of a revolving credit, but had $48,000.00 incurred in credit card debts in less than FIVE years. "HOLY SMOKES" says I.
I like to shop too, but she's got me beat by MILES.
LO called me after closing and informed me the Mrs. had racked up $2500.00 in cc debt in less than TWO weeks. Yea.. it was all merchandise.
Before any one blasts me, I know it isn't my business or concern what Mr. & Mrs. Borrower do with their hard earned pennies, but I was really shocked at the amount of debt this woman had racked up in such a short period of time. This is just a story I'm sharing at the "water cooler".
