HELOC doc

The doc were sent to another notary and she back out..I think to was to far..so the signing is about 5 blocks away from me so I am going to do...well I got the HELOC doc and theres only 1 set..do the borrowers get a copy??...
and the 3 day right to cancel put, make it Tuesday, right?

Borrowers should always get a copy of docs. 3-day RTC expiration for a signing today (10/28) would be Wednesday (11/01). Don't count today nor Sunday.
