Just the borrowers. They are buying a property in AZ. Wish me luck!

Good luck....you probably don't need it though :-) Let us know how it goes...I personally have never done a purchase signing and would be interrested in knowing if there is anything that is a big difference than a refi.

G.L. Cass and Rebecca...
just my opinion, fill in your profile. Don't make the TC or SS go to another place (your website) to find out about you and your services. 9 out of 10 times, they will take a pass, especially because you are in an overly saturated market there.

Re: G.L. Cass and Rebecca...
Thank you for the advice...I will consider it. JMO though, I don't come to this site to get business just to get information from my peers.

Re: I'm with you Rebecca, the folks that generally view our
profiles are other notaries on this board, make a comment and watch the hits on your profile rise....

Thanks all!
It wasn't much different, except that I picked up a huge cashier's check. They were a funny couple retiring to AZ. Couldn't wait to get the signing over with so they could visit with their friends.
