Yes. It seemed the first document came through quickly and each one after that much slower. Since I use it a lot and do not pay extra, I suspected this might be a way to try to get me to upgrade.
I told outstate TC companies to send it to my backup gmail account. Bam! Docs arrived in a flashed. Later, I forwarded them to my Yahoo account and the transfer seemed to come quickly.
I have been planning on switching to gmail anyway. Google is expect to capture 25% of all interest advertising according to CNBC. They are likley to dominate going forward so migrating there likely makes sense for the long run as they will certainly have the bucks to keep up the large free email accounts.
