Help - Robin Allen CSA Jacksonville, FL

Robin just called and I accepted a closing from her tonight. When I did a search for the company someone mentioned in September that they "haven't had any luck with her". What does this mean? The paperwork says Quality Title Agency and Robin M. Allen, CSA. Does anyone have any advice on this one?

She paid me, although it was at least 45 days out, or a bit more.

I had a 7pm closing. The Title company and the lo had no doc. I called after my last apointment at 10pm. They had no docs. The Lo told me to call it a night. The next morning I received a nasty call from Robyn. Why the closing was not completed ? She had sent me the docs. She lied!!!!

Robyn is the bomb, I've worked with her for a number of years now. She's not going to send you crap work. The only thing that you should have to worry about with her deals is getting the docs from the title company.

I don't know anything about Quality Title, but she's solid.

Robyn Allen is great! We work for Robyn and Amy all the time. One of the better SS out there. She pays quickly, backs her notaries, and is always available if there is a problem.
