I probably know this but...
i was offered an assignment real close by, borrower has docs. met my fee $xxx, from SOX. Does anyone get paid from them? this is going to be easy, not much invested. wondering if i should take it.

That's not true...Alan from San Diego gets paid by SOX...and on time. Are you sure your are following their specific instructions?

It's the catch phase "o/n docs to borrower", with no effort except a short drive there to notarize some docs that got everyone hooked.
