Industry Partners Title NY
Just one more company to watch out for. They email you asking you to except and assignment....THEN it reschedules again, again and again. Then they make you wait and wait for payment you email and phone no response. You even contact the President Mr. Gray and he doesn't response either. Two months later you get your payment however, its short by 25.00
Notaries beware!!

Personally I've never had a problem getting paid by Industry, recieved my check in 2 weeks. The only problem with them is as you say, they do have that nasty trait of playing the "rescheduling game." My advice is let them know asap that because of their constant rescheduling it's not an appointment until you recieve the docs. There are a lot of companies that play the rescheduling game , our only recourse is to weed them out. Save your prime hours for good and dependable companies. This is just one of the reasons we charge people for last minute cancellations. They cost us a lot of money. Some don't even bother to cancel and leave you hanging, when you could of filled that time slot. I don't even bother with some of these companies at my busiest times, they cost to much.
Please everyone post these types of companies for everyone. Maybe it will "cure" them of their unprofessional and rude behavior.

I was told by the signing company (after the third reschedule, second time around) that whenever I get offers for other signings to just go ahead and accept them and bump the IPT signings later in the day/night. I hate doing this to the borrowers, but I lost too much business as a result.

This is a good practice with some IPT business. Neither they or their lenders or borrowers care if it happens later than originally scheduled. Many of their lenders do not care if you do it the next day if the docs are too late! Just chanage the RTC date and it is good to go!
I have never had a problem getting paid and they always meet my fees!
