WooHoo! Vero Beach, FL #2...

there was an article in the local mullet wrapper yesterday saying that housing costs are predicted to rise 60% w/i the next two years. Happy, happy, happy.

Not so woo-hoo for us ...

I wonder which lucky states will be on the receiving end of all that Ford "buy-out" revenue that'll likely be leaving Michigan. I couldn't imagine getting a serious chunk-o-change like they're being offered, and STAYING here. Can't imagine not taking the buy-out, either.
