JMC Holdings/eLN

Just received a conformation for a closing scheduled tomorrow. The top of the confirmation says JMC Holdings, Inc. (Fairfax, VA) and the bottom says eLN. Has anyone done any closings for these guys? Have any info on them? I did a search and didn't find anything. TIA
