Keep the networks working...
I got a call a moment ago from a title company in Denver. She needs a notary in Town X - 70 miles from me. I cannot go tomorrow night or Saturday b/c of pre-wedding festivities (son's) and DIL's showers and such. The nerve of them scheduling things at EOM.
I give my regrets. She said, "well, what is the next closest notary to Town X?" I am blank for a moment and then she says two towns off of our network list. Ah ha! The network list has made it to Colorado. Wonderful!
Same thing happened from a RM LO yesterday, same thing from a title company in Dallas.
Keep the faith, keep putting together a great network of people, and keep on putting that list out there!
BTW, I got the letter from one network leader to the rest of us and I will be addressing that one this evening, I hope.
Those who don't work FOR the NETWORK with ideas and marketing should not be able to keep a spot.
It sounds like there may be a large amount of the work coming from a small amount of people. Typical. I have some stories for you guys to share with your group. If people don't participate....just keep reminding them that the network is not mandatory, but participation is mandatory for networking.

Brenda, we are not even up and flying yet with the brochure, can I get a copy of one from somebody, please? We've been busy ALL month referring back and forth to each other to get the calls done that are coming down. I think I ran myself into a cold. It is so good to hear the happy surprise in the TC's voice when I say give it to me and I'll get it done within the ALnetwork, they ask - what's that, then I tell them about us, you guys and your states. We really need to have a forum for the leaders to discuss events, actions, etc to try to keep up with the happenings, then share with the state networks. I've already given your names to contact for your states, they are seeming to like this. We need to know state leaders, contact info etc. Just one other way to market everyone as a collective effort. We're gelling into a once a week forum meeting now and I'm switching it from Goog to Yahoo. Still having problems, so I'm giving up Google to expedite matters.
I almost feel like we've all become baby non-charging SS's LOL - but the good thing is, is that the job is getting done and getting done right. Thanks Deb, Harold, Michele and Bob for being there for me! Thanks Bob for the referrals over the last couple days, I see you are running ragged to! That's a good thing
