Twice I get a call to do a closing and then don't even get the confirmation or a call that they don't need me. Is that how they do business? The first one I ended up doing it through an SS. Go figure after they booked it with me.

They're very professional - just doesn't sound like them at all. I'd chalk it up to a month-end glitch and give them another chance.

Same thing happened to me at first...because they had my email address wrong by 1 letter. My email is [e-mail address] and they had rhondaskans"K"[e-mail address]. Everyone likes to add a "K" to the end of my name for some reason. Since then, I do ALOT of signings for LSI and they are very good about payment.

Well I got in at 10:30 last night from doing other closings and in my inbox was the confirmation and docs but unfortunately they never got them to me in time. I told them I needed docs by 4:00 and here the comfirmation and docs got to me at 6:00. I was already on the road. I tried to contact someone this morning but no luck. I wonder if they are working today on Saturday. I'm going to try to contact the borrower.
