Loansignersinc.com, DON'T Pay, AVOID THIS VIRUS!!!
These people won't pay, and they don't respond to emails or phone calls.

We know, we know! They suck!
Please, folks there are numerous threads about them, SOX, Sigs + and the N N A. PLEASE do a search before posting redundant information!

Misty, sorry you feel like I"m beating a Dead Horse
But if I keep just one of my fellow notaries from being burned by these people I will feel good about it. I only wish I had seen some negative posts about them before I did 4 jobs for them. At times the search function on this board doesn't work well, or people spell the company name another way. I tried searching a couple of vairations and came up with little information. Therefore, I took a chance, one that I now regret. Sorry my post took up space we could be talking about another OT subject.

"Sorry my post took up space we could be talking about another OT subject."
I don't know if somebody who just started a thread called "Happy Wednesday evening everybody" should be sarcastically talking about OT subjects.

That was a joke pointed in Misty's direction
She had posted a Happy Friday a few days ago. God forbid my warning about a bad company get in the way of a "Happy Friday" greeting!

There are fewer
of my OT posts than these redundant threads. BTW, Happy Wednesday, now that you mention it!

Hi Misty, Happy Wed to you also, have a nice week!
May all of your signings go well and the companies that hire you pay! I wish the same for all of the other notaries out there as well, ( except for the few that are in my neck of the woods, like to see them hit the lottery and retire or something).

Re: We know, we know! They suck!
You may know but some notaries may not know. I for one, want to know upfront, if a particular company is a deadbeat. I shouldn't have to go searching way back in the posts days or weeks ago and maybe not find it. I & other notaries have been saved by reading these posts. That's what its all about.

I think you're wrong DD/OR
I think you're wrong DD. But that's the beauty of our great land. We can disagree!
Best advice in the world for the readers: "Put those pinkies out and let them meet Mr. Search Button. Great friend to have!"
Everytime I get a new company calling...I call upon Mr. Search Button...he seldom lets me down. I, unlike, you, DD, do not believe I am special and should not have to do anything like searching weeks ago. I have saved myself by being sure to perform my own due dilligence.
I believe it is incumbent upon ME to find the info I need and not expect it to be posted here each day for my ease and comfort.
But, if you think differently, I am happy for you and just hope your notary stamp ink won't go sour over our difference of opinion.

You have got to be kidding me
"I shouldn't have to go searching way back in the posts days or weeks ago and maybe not find it."
Why, because we owe it to you to keep you informed so you don't have to make a teensy bit of effort and type something into the search box?
Anybody with such a laughable expectation of entitlement isn't long for this business anyway. You obviously wouldn't recognize initiative if it came up and slapped you in the face.

CaliNotary, have you ever completed a signing and not get pd
I have, and I didn't enjoy it. Do I have a wealth of knowledge to share with my fellow notaries, no, I've only been in the business 3 years, I feel I'm still learning. But I do feel like I can share bad experiences with companies my fellow notaries might do business with. I don't want any one of them or you to go do the job, then have to beg, plead and scream to get paid. I did the job, I did it well, I followed their instructions, I deserve to get paid.

No offense, Scott. We are just asking that you follow the Rules and Guidelines as described by the forum owner/moderator, copied and pasted from the "new message" link:
General Discussion Welcome to the Notary Talk General Discussion Forum. Before posting, please read the Rules and Guidelines: Important Notice If you are going to ask a question, please consider consulting the Search feature before doing so. Many questions have been asked and answered repeatedly on this forum by expert notaries: Should I buy a laser printer? • What are e-docs? • What is a signing agent? • How much should I charge? • How do I get started? Answers to questions like these are just a few clicks away!

You completely missed my point.
Yes, I think this board is an invaluable tool in sharing information about sucky companies. But do we really need a daily thread with somebody asking if anyone has ever had problems collecting from SOX or Signatures Plus?
My beef was about the commment that he/she shouldn't have to search on the board to find information about bad companies. Nobody here is obligated to share ANY information, we all do it voluntarily. So when somebody feels like they shouldn't have to make an ounce of effort to find the answer that they want and are just expecting us to keep them informed of whatever they need to know, then yeah, I'm gonna call them the lazy ass that they are.

Re: We know, we know! They suck!
Oh, please, you two. Forum rules and guidelines say we should use the search button. Don't be so lazy. It's not the posts I am writing about aren't current threads, they are. What it is all about is being responsible and not acting like a lazy 14 year old. Do you think the better paying jobs go to the laziest NSA?

Really? Please tell me about the Notary Police Force. I know many infractions of my Notary Rights that I want to report and I want the NPF to take care of my lack of involvement in my own business.
After they (the NPF) take care of MY problems and lack of involvement...I want to know who is responsible for not taking care of my rights as a self-employed business person. I will sue them. I demand that I am informed of those that cheat the Notary. This is my right as I am a member of.....
(uh...just what am I a member of? Whoops, I'm self-employed, darn it. Now what?)

Scott, I too have been taken by them. I had a screaming match with them on the phone this morning. I got their attention by calling the Morgage company (Ace Mortgage). Ace Mortgage called them and Loansigners called me. He said he is sending a check (we'll see) and said if I call his client again he will not pay me. Yeah,right...Like he is anyway? They're garbage. If I don't receive a check in the next few days, I'm reporting them and Ace Mortgage to the Better Business Bureau & Financial Instition in their state. Call the Mortgage/Title company & maybe you'll get paid. Good luck.

I did my first signing ever for them on 9/8, and I received my check today 10/4, less than a month, and I never had to call them.
