MI Statutes revised ...

Was I the only one who didn't know???

Item 9, Section 32 has been stricken from the record - it read: “A notary public shall not perform any notarial act on a record that contains a blank space.”

There were a few other changes, but this was (to me) the biggie. See Public Act 426/2006, effective Oct. 5th.
