Mobile Docs - new management

Just accepted assignment from Mobile Docs for tomorrow. Seems Corrie is no longer in the business. Kristy and Jeanette have taken over everything, including email address and confirmation documentation, since August 2006. Anyone out there with review of new management?

I did a couple of signing's for them in August with Kristy as my scheduling rep. She is very nice and quick on payment. No problem's with this Co ever. They're great to work with.

I'll second that

I've done 10-15 signings for this company over the past year or so and I've never had a single problem. Usually have my check within 2-3 weeks of the signing.

I looked back at my confirmation(s) and notes and I've actually dealt with both Kristy and Jeannette in past three months. Very professional and nice to work with. Quick to respond to inquiries from borrower or myself and great sense of humor, even at "EOM crunch"

Mobile Doc's out of Wildomar Ca. owes me $50 (just $50) from June of 2006. I was contacted by the "new managment" asked to do a signing I turned them down and explained about moneys due to me. They explained the "new managment" and said that if I would do the signing for them that they would see to it that I got paid for both signings on time. It just so happened that the second signing did not happen per borrower. Do you think I got paid for the first one? NO !!!!!! That tells me a lot about Mobile Doc's. STEER CLEAR !! I SAY !
As of Today 1-9-2007 I am still $50 in the hole for a signing that was surely worth more.
I did it for less money and can't even get that.

I have done a few closings for them in the last month. They have been great to work for and already paid. Both Kristy and Jeanette have been great.
