Murphy's Law
Horrible Day pray for me. Received edocs at 11:30am this morning for 6:30pm signing, lexmark printer jammed and stop working. So I used my old trusty Brother MFC working overtime to print out docs then all of a sudden runs out of ink. Normally I buy extras but guess what I did not have any so off to Staples I went and bought new ink jet cartiages. Returned home and replaced inkjet but for some reason everything that printed out jammed up....Stopped everything and restart PC plus printer, thank GOD everything is printing out correctly. I hope this isnt telling me my signing will be horrible tonight..

Re: Murphy's Law - FYI
FYI - Loan docs should always be printed on a laser printer - not inkjet.

Re: Murphy's Law - FYI
Yes I know but my lexmark has been doing good this far and today it started acting crazy so now I will either have to go get it fixed or purchase something new. Thanks

Update. Borrower did not sign!! I get to borrowers home and as soon as I walkd in I felt something was wrong he was on the phone Yelling at his agent about the rate not being correct(By the way he had a lawyer there). He gets off the phone and he says those $%$##^% people are changing things that I did not approve of. I contacted signing company to explain the situation and then I had him sign my refusal to sign form. Just One of Those Days..
