Nations Direct from the inside

They seem to be a sub-division of a major lender. As Sylvia mentioned in another thread that they also prep docs. The lender I refi through use ND exclusively. The processor I dealt with totally understood why I didnt want to see ND on my HUD statement.

Let just say she (processor) tone of voice lower and gasped when I asked about notary error rates.

Could I ask who the major lender is? You can e-mail the response if you like. Thanks. Also, is the major lender requiring the NNA certification?
