Needed: commercial loan officer referral

Hi there,

What a better place to ask than here?! I am in need of a small commercial loan for a non-owner occupied property in Memphis, TN. Two tenants in the building. Purchase price is $160 and I have 20% down, so I need a loan for $128K. Looking for a 5ARM/20year or 7ARM/20 year program.

I've tried a couple local lenders in the Memphis area, and being from MD, I'm "outside their footprint", or they require 25% down payment.

Property is under contract now, so I'm a bit anxious to find suitable financing. I appreciate any referrals to me at: [e-mail address]
