OT Pierce Earring Holes gotcha down?
This is not a joke ladies - it is the greatest thing since sliced bread in my book.

I love these things. They work great for heavy earrings or stretched earring holes. I have been buying them at Walgreen's but here they are online.

Re: OT Pierce Earring Holes gotcha down? Lawrence...
When I saw you had responded - I was thinking - whoa - Lawrence must be much of a man if he wears earrings and lives in OK! There are places in Texas where that's a hanging offense. LOL.

Two parrots sitting on a perch. One says to the other "Something smells a little fishy around here"

Re: Brenda! Don't you know stretched holes are the in thing now
I know a couple of young men who did that when my son was in high school.
I was horrified because I know the ramifications of trying to get a job in conservative towns across Texas.
Good for the youthful wannabe rock star. For the 28 year old father needing a real job after college? Not so much.

So I'm finishing my latte at the local Starbucks competitor
When this sharp lookin kid comes zoomin' in with his bicycle, maybe 14. He starts workin', happy kid, polite, hardworker. He's got the medium small sized stretch the ear earring. Between the chit and the chat it becomes obvious that he's the son of the owner who made my latte. And now it's obvious where his work ethic came from.
We're in California, not Texas... so I take a shot in the dark...
"Remember bud, while you're at work it's illegal for your mom to harrass you about your earring" (yep it is, even if it repulses your customers, long story.)
That got a grin from both of them -- ear to ear on him and sheepish on mom. "How'd you guess?" Well, doh.... you know, just that kind of family. Kid takes the opportunity to announce that he's getting a bigger one soon... Like Brenda says, he'll probably wish he hadn't in 10 years or so... but I'm predicting this one comes out okay anyway.
Anyhow, that's just one of the reasons (besides free internet) that I look for the local joint instead of starbucks when I can. Great coffee too.

Gary.... Is this really illegal???

That seems crazy to me... I've often wondered why employers allow employees to dress up in halloween costumes year round!

I've often wondered what those belly button ring holes will
look like after giving birth to a kid or two? Considering when I had my kids my tummy stretched so far out that I had literally no belly button at all... I'd think those cute little belly button holes would turn into the grand canyon... ;-0 What a thought!
