e-doc printing, 80 mile rt travel, signing time = a three hour gig. i have done edoc refi's for $85 but they were very local ( 5min drive) and it was slow. i felt good with only an hour invested for $85. three hours with gas prices what they are is not worth it. i would refuse this gig.

I would look on this Board and give them the name and number of a notary closers to the borrower and ask them to call me the next time they have one in my area.

40 mi frm my hse, is al least 125, not countiong e-docs. Get a min. mileage and rate and add $$ for every mi after.
