I charge $25 for e-docs. Small, large, single or double. With borrowers copies page count ranges from 100-500 pages. $25 is sometimes cheap and sometimes expensive. It averages out and seems fair to me.

BudMan Re: Prices for printing
Can you Please be more specific?
Such as:
What types of documents?
Who are the "people" requesting this "printing service" (i.e. the general public, title companies, lenders etc. . .)
How much printing (or copying) do you intend to do?
Because you stated "service", it is the thought that you are printing documents only (perhaps a printing service)?
Or are you speaking about the cost for printing e-docs, in addition to the standard loan signing fee?
When you say "standard" printer, exactly what do you mean? Laser? Thermal? Ink jet?

Re: BudMan Re: Prices for printing
Thats a lot of questions there. Hopefully I can help a bit.
These are my rates for title companies. Others charge more, some charge less.
Regular Signing $100 Signing w/ Edocs ( Includes borrowers copy ) $125 Double Mortgage $150 Reverse Mortgage $150 Extra Copy of Docs $25 Travel more then 42 miles or over an hour drive add $25
Those are pretty much what I stick to as far as fees are concerned.
I Use a dual Tray Brother HL5250DN, I love this thing. It auto selects papersize ( Legal, Letter ) Prints very fast. Cost a bit, but worth the money.
BTW, Your a Notary Signing Agent, All services will include having to notarize some type of document/s. That means from printing to getting them signed to notarizing then mailing them off. All of that is included in your fee.
I hope I was of help to you. G-Day
