Real Estate classes

Can anyone recommend who to go through to take real estate courses? I am looking to take a correspondence class. Who is trustworthy, and has the best information? Thanks.

Re: Real Estate classes Lumbleau is my favorite for Ca

If you want live traing then there are other alternatives, if you are in Southern California I like Real Estate Trainers, I belive they are in Irvine. Of course the community colleges are excellent alternatives. Rancho Santiago in Santa Ana has an excellent business program.

Re: Real Estate classes, PS:

John Lumbleau is also offering his "How to Sell Real Estate" CD's with his course. The selling class is one of the best to get a new agent off to a quick start. John developed the selling class for C21 in the 60's and they have been using it ever since. If you see it you will get quite a chuckle at the mode of dress but the class is still solid!

Re: Real Estate classes, PS:

I have it narrowed down to 4 companies, and the Lumbleau was one of them. I will be doing it at home, I just want to make sure if it comes with either videos or internet, I also get a textbook. Thanks for the info.

Re: try Allied.

I saw allied, but after I get a provisional license, one of the classes I want to take is Mortgage Broker, and Allied does not offer it.

Ceeleste

Why the 18 month conditional license?

Take all three courses now, get them out the way
and you'll have your four year permanent license.

Many of the home-study schools offer discount packages,
when taking multiple courses.

c21 in the 70's

I was listening to a vintage training tape (I forget who) to a C21 group from back in the day... got a chuckle from the presenter's opening:

"Glad to see all the Century 21 agents here today, looks like a mustard factory blew up."
