Remember your worth

Perhaps the doc's could always be sent to the borrowers to sign then find their own random notary to witness the pages that need it. Then do the courier thing back in a timely manner.
In WI the notaries would hide when the ID forms came out. We get $.50 per notarization if we bother to ask for it.
Now put yourself in the borrowers shoes. The loan process is confusing enough for the average person. Those doc's are intimidating after talking to faceless people about it for weeks at a time. Wonder how many properly executed sets of doc's would get back to the TC's and lenders? And within the rescission period? If I was the borrower, I wouldn't think it was worth it and go to a local bank.
I pride myself on my professionalism. I represent the cummlative efforts of all the professionals involved in that transaction. I don't believe my role is not worth what my fee is. Not just anybody can do what I do.

I also know that I have value because I have the equipment needed to do this. I can print loan doc's and that is worth more than the actual cost. Sure I can buy cheaper paper but that is negated by the fuzzy dust it creates inside the printer. Then I need to pay in time and $'s to maintain the printer. Make it worth my while to do this for you. Edoc's are as service I offer
It enables a shorter closing period. Helps you get it closed at the end of the month. Its a service not a charity. I am a service not a charity.

Can I get a witness?

Who can argue with truth and logic?
Well said, friend.

"Time is of the essence", if they don't want to pay us to move then screw them.
