Signing Agent Training Guide

Looking for a training guide or manual that best covers all aspects of performing loan signings. Particularly seeking to become more familiar with all documents within a loan package. "Search" doesn't seem to be working for me tonight. I've put in everything I can imagine, and come up with "no results". Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

SE Re: Signing Agent Training Guide

A good place to start is:

http://www.signingregistry.com/?pageid=3494

They also have a free mentorship program with paid membership.

Re: SE Re: Signing Agent Training Guide

Thank you Pamela. This is one I reviewed previously via a link from PAW's website. It seems to be pretty close to what I'm looking for. You just never know sometimes so I figured I'd get some good input from those who have been around a while. Thanks again!

SE,

You will not be disappointed with the book Pam is telling you about. It is full the information you need to know to be sucessful in this business.

It takes a couple of weeks to receive it and it is worth every penny.

SE,

You're Welcome!

The SR guide has been (and is) a fine resource for me.
Has much information and training. You can't go wrong buying it.

And, checkout all the other features on that site as well!

Pam

By the Way,

I started doing signings earlier this year.
Does this count as "awhile" (smile)?

Re: I've been looking at this guide for a while..

Would you all say it's better than the training materials provided by the NNA? And please don't crucify me for this question - I have researched, printed and read a lot a material from many sites but am always looking for good, reliable, comprehensive reference material. TIA

Linda....it's like night and day. Once you have Kathy's

guide you won't find it necessary to continue searching for reliable information. It's THE BEST!
