Sox or Fox???

Received a call from FOX for signing in my town I read a lot of negitive things on SOX. Does anyone know FOX or are they one in the same?

No they are not the same. FOX pays. SOX doesn't.

Thanks ~ called them back and they had filled the request. I see you have to move quick when you get a call.

I have worked for SOX 3 times and gotten paid for all but the last which I haven't invoiced them for yet. They seem to have reduced there standard rate to a ridiculous $45 which I will not work for.

Fox is in my home town. I will not sign their contract until they remove there non-competition clause. It is far too restrictive, with no time limit, has no allowances for companies that I've had business with prior to working with them, and it doesn't seem to be limited to companies who I get work for through them.

The contract is not an employee contract, it is a independent contractor contract and I do not believe I should be restricted in this manor. I may want to work with other companies which they may have a current relationship with. I do not wish to open myself to a law suit.
