State of Alabama - Market Analysis
I've got the nerve to even imply that this information is remotely statistical but here it is anyway. In Jul '06 I started tracking NotRot membership for Northern Alabama. I wanted to see if we were experiencing the same sort of growth in signing agents that seems to be happening in CA and a few other states. My unscientific research suggests that Madison County is stable - or flat. I looked at 3 different zip codes and counted members (Basic, Premium) for each month and there's been little if any change. That's good news for us (fellow AL notaries). I know. I know. My analysis only includes NotRot members; not notaries, but it's a start! So many signings. So few signing agents. Hip Hip Hooray! I know Harry may not be celebrating with me but that's okay.
