First, I would like to say thank you, to all of the notaries who were so kind to respond and offer help! You have been a great blessing! All of you that have called me, and left messages, I will be returning your calls, as soon as my 36 hour work day is over. Thank you so much! Mere words cannot thank you enough. I pray that your businesses will thrive and that you will be increased in financing any of your needs and wants!
To those of you who did not respond with kind words, or were a bit upset. I feel the need to thank you too. For making aware of a few things. It is a lesson learned, and one that is taken into great consideration. I have at this time, decided to postpone my acceptance of signings before I feel comfortable and ready. Thank you again! As well.
I believe, in returning things in kindness, even when people are rude or pass judgements on me based on my lack of knowledge. Thank you anyway!
By the way, to all of you who were concearned...the signing went very very well. I even came out with better prospects in the mean time.

I just read the thread of your previous post and was about to add my 2 cents - but fortunately decided to read this one first. You've already decided the bit of advice I was going to give which was "just say no" next time, until you're really ready. Good for you! FWIW, many people make the same mistake you did. For lack of knowing any different, what we do looks easy (especially when done by a "pro" to those across the table from us, but they haven't seen all the weird things that can happen.
