This is a dilly!

Signed borrower on 16th, had 2 attachments, one labeled "escrow docs". Printed both attachments (of course) and had everything signed and dropped package. This evening SS called to say Escrow Dept. was upset, that they didn't receive the 36 pages on the 2nd attachment labeled Escrow docs. Well I had one of my murphy days and told the scheduler someone was blowing smoke up his skirt as all docs were correctly executed AND returned. He didn't want to rock the boat so sent me the NEW attachment with just 23 pages...hmmmm. Printed the package and low and behold the two docs that require sigs ALREADY HAVE SIGS. I called SS, he's puzzled as how they never received the completed docs yet sent them back to me. I asked how he wanted me to proceed, he instructed to have them sign again under the original signature. I want to strangle Title, any suggestions?

That's the problem Lisa

There are only 2 docs that require sigs, Aff. Bus. Disclosure and disbursement request and neither need notarized. This is amazing!

Re: P.S. Lisa

And they sent you a copy of a signed document to boot. I would be calling a supervisor or something to say there has been a mistake.
