To M Gall- regarding your post on buyer fraud

What part of CA are you in? The reason I am wondering is because there have been several "pot" houses recently raided around Sacramento, and other outlying towns recently. These homes were apparently all sold by the same realtor and purchased solely for the purpose of cultivating marijuana plants, that are supposedly 10 times stronger than "average" pot. The lawns are dead and there have been sophisticated cultivation systems in the homes. All of the windows have been blocked off from the outside world and there were rarely people seen at these properties. Also, it would be kind of difficult to get a loan approved if "drug sales" was listed as the source of income on the 1003

YIKES! I went to a closing once where the doorbell kept ringing and Mr. Borrower kept going upstairs for a few minutes with the person who rang the bell.
Not wanting to jeopardize myself, I called the local police dept. to report "suspicious" activity as there were children in the house. I was told by the officer they were fully aware of the "situation", and then asked me if I had been there... giving a full description of my vehicle and verified my plate #. I wonder what his 1003 said!

This house is in Canyon Lake - which is a gated community (actually incorporated as a city).
