Tonight is lowball night

4 calls tonight and not one signing. I admit they are not $50 offers but not my normal rate for edoc packages either.

3 of the calls were from different SS for the same closing for tonight..lol Guess no one is taking the lowball fee.

I've had 5 calls today/this evening. Decent pay, but my computer has been "dead" for 2 days & I have had to use my son's "basic" laptop...It's not even capable of downloading keeps saying it is out of memory.... But it looks like this October has already started just like it was last year. I didn't even have time to breathe last year at this time. And the rush, rush continued for 5 months before it slowed down. Not many closings to speak of this summer, guess everyone decided to refi once they saw the price of school clothes and college dorm furniture. lol
