Too many SS have cancelitis(sp)

My 2 pm job got cancelled 90 minutes before appointment time. I was glad that no docs had arrived. Then, my 5 pm job got cancelled for today and reset for tomorrow (ya, yu bet!!!).
Oh well, my time is their time...so they think. Should start charging a cancellation fee. Do any of you charge such a fee?

by one of my competitors offering $75 edocs. Not too worried, I'll pick up the repair job at my price.

Nah. Having just recently come from the escrow/closing side of the world, you're just giving that TC an excuse to not call you next time, there are too many NSA's that are more than willing to be, for lack of a better term, "strung along," waiting for docs. They'll just call the next closer on the list.
