Updating profile error

tried to update my profile (as we were told), but I keep getting error messages stating my security question/answer is too complicated. This is a 5 letter word and have tried many variations, but no luck. Any suggestions? Thank you...

Hi Carla, It happened to me also. I think you have to choose a
security question and then an answer to that question. I had
to contact Harry a couple of times because it was not letting me
update my information. I think other people experienced the same.
