What should I charge?

I did a mobile for a RE agent and collected initials and signatures as well as notarized 2 signatures for a grant deed. Never did this before. Whadayathink?

Lot's of variables here. Is this an agent that you expect alot more business from? How far did you travel? Was the appt pre-set or at your convenience? When I get a request for a notary act out of the norm, I price it per job. In this case, two sigs, mobile, at the least, $45.00. And that would be within 5 miles from home base.

Anywhere from $50 to $100, depending on the number of pages in the document package, the distance you traveled, and your cost for printing the docs (if there was a cost to you).
