Why is a "Navy Federal" equity loan less than 20 pages? Why is a Citibank equity loan 40 pages? Why is a Countrywide 90+?

Navy Federal is not the government, even though there are times you would think so. But, the reason I think their packages are so small, is that they already have 90% of the stuff that's in all the other packages. They only provide their loans to their members as part of their membership, so there is no need to repeat (and kill a few trees) the information that's already on file.
