Has anyone had problems with docs from American Title being unorganized and are they the lowest paying agency out there

I think FASS is the lowest paying tc.

Yeah I know fass is an ss. But it is an ss owned by a tc.

But Am Title is barely above fass.

I won't work for lowballers.

if it is american title inc in omaha it doesn't matter how low they offer as they don't pay any how.. my oustanding invoice is from 7/18/03.......american title corp in island lake illinois is good........
