Finally got my new printer, after much research this one was recomended to me, and I can't get it to print from both trays. Anybody who has this printer and can help me out there? I am REALLY frustrated!! In the main tray it recognizes that it has legal but it has a multi purpose tray and I can't get it to recognize that it has legal in it.

I tried to select it from the computer printer function but it would not work. Spoke to Brother, they explained I had to use the CD and tell it multi tray. Some how it configures it with a different driver. I print mixed documents all the time. Works great! Brother MFC-8820
