hl king & associates of monroe louisiana
hl king is an attorneys office in monroe, la with an address of 2559 Ticheli Road, zip 71202. So, good luck with the district attorney's office (probably a waste of time) try the bbb in monroe or the bar association. unfortunately, in some states, (if there is a dollar to be made) some attorneys think they are the only ones that should make it. it is an attitude, i'm afraid, that is hard to shake in this state. it all comes down to morals - some have it ---some don't. there is nothing professional about operating in that manner. for those watching out there : office depot (way down south) charges $52.00 for a case of legal paper. hp laser printer cartridge $125.00 - ink pens, gasoline $2.20/gallon, 4 to 6 hours of my time (depending on whether or not the package needs to be faxed and slit)--- i'm in a rural area so the driving(eeek) therefore- the wear and tear on a vehicle is astronomical. so, if you attorneys think i can travel an hour one way, print 250 pages of paper, spend an hour to an hour 1/2 signing in a strangers home at 9pm on a friday night, come back email 2 fedex tracking #'s, fax back 30 to 40 sheets of prefunding docs and split a package for $50 bucks - ok. heehee. see- dont get so upset. maybe a hundred is really nothing. thanks for listening

HL King filed for bankruptcy a year or more ago. They're not in business under that name any more. They have a listing on linkedin.com indicating they're doing business as "The Notary Signers", so WATCH OUT! They owe me $350+ that they stiffed me for. I noticed you said they're an "attorney's office." I'm not saying you're wrong, but I'm an attorney from La. and I cannot locate any attorney in Monroe by that or a similar name. Plus, Ticheli Road is NOT in a commercial area; in fact, it's in a lower class residential area. BBB has given them an "F" rating. Final warning: If you do business with these people, you may want to consider demanding your pay UP FRONT. Otherwise, you WILL be sc**wed!
